The Man Everyone Trusted

Imagine a person so honest that, if you gave them something precious to look after, you never had to worry for a moment. You knew it was safe. You knew they would never take it or break their promise.

In the town of Makkah, there really was such a young man. Everyone — even people who did not follow him yet — knew he always told the truth and always kept his word. They loved him so much for this that they gave him a special name: Al-Ameen, “the trustworthy one.”

That young man was Muhammad ﷺ.
