Staying Strong and Gentle

Have you ever had a day when things felt hard? Maybe you were sad, or someone was unkind to you. What helps us when times are tough?

The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ had some very hard times too. Some people were unkind to him and his friends. But he did something beautiful: he stayed patient, he kept being kind, and he never stopped trusting Allah. And Allah was with him the whole time.
