Questions about the courses
Not sure which key stage or year group fits your child, or want to know what a subject covers before starting? Ask — we would rather help you choose well than have your child in the wrong year.
Spotted a mistake?
Every lesson page has a “Spotted a mistake?” button that sends the report straight to us with the page it came from. That is quicker than this form for anything in the content itself — a transliteration, a translation, a hadith reference, a quiz answer. We take accuracy seriously and correct genuine errors quickly.
Account and technical help
Trouble logging in, progress not showing, a quiz that will not load — tell us your child’s username (never the password) and what you were doing when it went wrong.
Your child’s data
To see, correct or delete the data we hold about your child, send us a message and we will respond within one month. Our Privacy Policy explains exactly what we hold.

We cannot give individual religious rulings (fatwa). For personal religious questions, please speak to a qualified scholar or your local imam.
